Flawed design
The puller doesn't work, it needs the washer to have a smaller hole than the one into the cylinder head, but it isn't!So it just can't get hold of the washer. I was using it on a citroen 1.6 hdi engine, might work on other engines, sent back for a refund.

good tool
very good tool for removing loose and moderately stuck washers. there is a review on here suggesting the possible use of a slide hammer.... do not do this the small screw on the end is very easy yanked out if you use to much pressure and you dont want that falling into a cylinder, but as i said its a good tool for loose or moderately stuck washers so bare that in mind when purchasing
