Doo Gro Mega Thick Intense Deep Repair Hair Treatment 450 g

I like to think of myself as a discernible consumer and often I am highly sceptical of claims especially with so-called beauty products. I have fine and fragile hair so when I was searching on Amazon for a conditioner I came across this product. I purchased the product thinking that I would try it but not expecting to have such positive results. Well, I am very pleased to note that this product is an authentic product. I have used it several times now and my hair is responding very well. I highly recommend the extended 15 minute treatment - well worth the time spent.I shall be purchasing this product again as well as looking other items in this range.

Since warmer weather has began and the humidity has kicked in my hair has been like an African bush fair ready to go. This was delivered three days ago. First day I put in my hair and left for 25 mins then washed out. Next day looked and felt so much better but next day I put in, combed through and left over night. Wow, hair feels back to normal, no scared of open flames any longer too. Only downside is that us smells like that dirty old mens aftershave joop but I can live with that if my hair is no longer a fire risk!

First of all- this is a BIG tub! I was pleasantly surprised.Pros:-Lots of product for the price-It WORKS. I immediately saw my curl pattern returning after the first useCons:-Need to follow it with a moisturising conditioner or deep conditioner. It leaves hair feeling a bit dry otherwise.-It's blue, so there are artificial dyes in it.Undecided:-The smell. It's definitely artificial and strong and I didn't really like it at first. Kind of a bubble gum/candy/blue-raspberry scent... Now I find myself liking the smell a bit more? Not sure. I usually prefer unscented, fruity or herbal smells.My results:I got this treatment a couple of weeks ago to try to bring some life and curl pattern back to my mid-back length, bleached and slightly heat damaged 3b curls. I saw a difference after the first use! After the first use, my ends started curling again (I know I'll still need a trim but they definitely look better), and after the second use, my hair started curling at the root again! I am really very happy with what it has done for how my hair curls. My only issue with this product is that it left my hair feeling quite dry- not the end of the world as I could tell as I was rinsing out my hair that it had done this, so I immediately followed it up with a moisturising conditioner and left that in for 15 minutes. After rinsing it out, my curls were the most defined I had seen them in months! And my hair seems to be retaining moisture better now too. I will update this review with pictures how it goes with this product over the next few months.Why only 4 stars?:I took a star away because I can't "rinse hair thoroughly and style as usual" as listed on the bottle. I need to go through some extra steps to get some moisture back in my hair. Also because some of the ingredients, dyes, and fragrance, but that's what you get for the price. At the end of the day- IT WORKS.

I have very curly afro style hair and I am very very sore on my straighteners in order to get my hair straight. I found my hair starting to feel thin so purchased this product. I've been using it for only a few weeks and use it once a week and keep it on my hair for up to 4 hours to really let my hair condition. I have found a BIG BIG difference in my hair A hairdresser has even commented on how thick my hair was! So I would definitely recommend this product and I have just purchased my second jar! Smells amazing too!!

Cream really thickens hair but is too hot

Been using this product for about 3-4 weeks now and definitely impressed. i have been using it so far 3 times a week as well as the doo gro shampoo and conditioner which i practically use every day. im not sure if its a combination of the 3 but my hair feels a lot thicker and stronger. so will definitely be continuing to use this product for as long as i can tell !! would highly recommend to those with fine hair (and also receding in my case)as does seem to give the boost your hair needs. !!

Being a vain man in my early 40's I was looking for a miracle cure to my thinning hair. Having now used this product for over 3 weeks I expected to have the full headed main of a male Adonis. The product worked as well as square wheel drying on a chocolate fireguard. If you are looking for hair growth from a sparse and baron dome then save your money, sell your car, give up the mortgage and invest in a transplant. You may be homeless and getting the peasant wagon to work but women will admire your locks for years to come. If you want a quick fix to split ends then this is your product but for me I have now bitten the bullet and shaved off what little hair I had left. Bald is the new top knot :-)

Smells good and great texture. My kids live using it on their hair. They say it smells like bubble gum.

I use this to create my own conditioner and I love it. I used to use it to do a hair mask overnight and it is wonderful. It makes your hair so nice and soft. Now I use it with coconut oil and another conditioner to hydrate my hair daily. It is a great conditioner because my hair is super dry from medications I take. This helps keep it nicely hydrated.

Just this to steam my hair and love the effect it has on my hair. It's helps to reduce breakage.
