I am now on my second month of Nutracraft hair skin and nails, and I must admit the product is amazing. I am very sceptical about these things, and only tried it because it has exactly the same ingredients in it as 'It works' hair skin and nails, which is available in America and a lot more expensive. What I have noticed in the last few weeks is prickly regrowth in my scalp, and hair that looks a lot healthier. My friend actually commented on how nice my hair looked the other day, so will carry on with this and hopefully get back to the thicker hair I had in my youth. Also my nails are so strong and long! (this never happens to me!) pills very big and smell a tad but who cares eh!

I had high hopes that this product might make some beneficial results as promised and have been bitterly disappointed. I took the product every day as advised and there has been no difference in hair or nail growth what so ever. It says money back guarantee but this doesn't appear to be the case either!!

Disappointed. I've had other products that really accelerated growth and reduced shedding in my slow growing thining hair. So far this has had no effect. If that changes ill update.

These tablets are foul! They have a strong pungent smell that permeates everthing and lingers. Plus they are huge, rough, a horribe brown/ green colour and two a day are needed!

I am on my second month of taking these supplements. What differentiates these from other hair and nail growth tablets is the amount of biotin. Most have around 2000 to 3000 mcg's of biotin where as this has 5000mcg of biotin which is A LOT. I have always had strong nails that grow quickly but my hair is very thin and dry no matter what I've tried. It is rule of thumb that you should give supplements at least one month before analyzing differences. Now that I have been on it for over a month I can say my nails are even thicker and stronger and I find that I am losing much less hair when I comb it out or in the shower. This is a quality supplement and I believe it is making a much needed difference.Any cons?-The supplement is very expensive, one bottle lasts one month (you take two pills a day). You can get discounts when purchasing several at a time and the company often sends out coupons for their products so watch for those.-Very very large pills with a kind of earthy smell not super pleasant.-Biotin can cause breakouts, especially at this high dose. If you have acne prone skin make sure you up your daily water intake when you take these!!

The Biotin has greatly improved my nails. I went to a not so great nail salon and every one of my nails were destroyed by a chemical used in the soaking solution. They have since grown out and with the help of this product greatly improved. Stronger and so much healthier!

I am now on my 3rd month and have placed an order for a 4th month. I am very pleased. I already take a whole food vitamin from New Chapter, but I decided to supplement for my skin and hair. I color my hair due to graying, I swim a lot, I scuba dive a lot and I'm in the sun a lot. I don't do lotions, but I do the occasional coconut oil/jojoba oil on my skin for moisturizing and I have not had to use much at all. My skin is not dry at all! My hair is not breaking and it is visibly thickening. I don't think I'm growing more hair, but what I have is plumper if that makes sense. Another thing that has happened, and I don't know if I can attribute this to the supplement, but I don't have to wash my hair often....every 3 days. I'm just not over-producing oil through my scalp. Maybe it's just age...I don't know, but it coincidentally started about 5 weeks after beginning this supplement. I think it just has something my body was missing. Anyway, I'm convinced and I'll keep this supplement in my life.

I bought these after trying many different things for hair loss and nail breakage issues. I think it was related to quick weight loss but never the less my hair was falling out in chunks and nails breaking daily. Been on them almost a month (about to place 2nd order) .. hair stopped falling out and nails haven't broke.Cons. Yes they have a funky smell and I think they might make my GI track a lil wonky..
