I love this product for its mood-boosting effects! It seems to start working for me and absorb quickly after about half an hour of intake. On some days, I just require one dose per day, but on other days, I might need to take a 1/4 teaspoon dose with a little water three times each day, every three hours.

Better sleep ever since
In my coffee, I currently use 3 scoops per day, with plans to gradually increase. The flavor has a mild sweetness to it, and it mixes easily with any liquid.
