YOGABODY Yoga Trapeze Pro – Yoga Inversion Swing with Free Video Series and Pose Chart, Purple

Super fast international despatch and delivery.Im new to yoga trapeze after attending some local aerial hammock classes, and debated long and hard about which system to buy first....I chose the yoga trapeze, as I was more interested in the flexibility it offers to perform yoga stretches, rather than "aerial tricks" on a daily basis.Like everyone else these days, I did LOTS of research, reading reviews and watching youtube videos.The Yogabody trapeze was one of the first that I looked at.....I found many others that certainly LOOK like it, cost half the price, and, provided you are happy to wait 3 weeks or so for delivery from China, some of them also come well reviewed.The YOGABODY is also manufactured in China(but what isnt these days?)So, following my assessment of Youtube videos featuring Lucas, I decided that I liked this company.Thr trapeze stitching seems to be finished to a good standard, and the material was not badly creased like sime others in photos, indicating a better quality fabric?Also, I very much liked that you could hang it out if the box, provided you have somewhere to do so.To conclude, if your budget allows, I would purchase this one...it may cost more, but the quality is very good, and you cant put a price on confidence and personal safety when using a product like this.Of note, it also comes with an instructional pose flashcard and DVD, useful for beginners.There are also Yogabody instructional Youtube videos.Hope you found this useful!

Purchased this trapeze a couple of weeks ago & I love it (so do my kids)!!!! The item came really fast in a lovely little package!I have it mounted from the ceiling (secured through the roof trusses) and it's really stable and safe. We made use of the online instructiom video to get it set up properly too.I suffer with lower back stiffness and tight shoulders and have already noticed a difference in ease of movement.I've been practising yoga for a couple of years now & not only is this helping with pain, it's helping me take my practice further - I love inversions & balancing postures and this is amazing for that! Plus, it's great for building strength and being able to deepen stretches without putting any pressure on joints - and it's fun!!I've been to an aerial yoga class before so knew a couple of postures but the Yogabody website offers some short videos that are really useful as a starting point. You can also purchase some sequence/flow videos which I'm considering to be able to transition through poses better.Would highly recommend this product - thank you Yogabody!!

the only developmental feedback I would give the manufacturer and selling agents so early after purchasing is to expand and advice on the multiple variations in positioning the hooks who we buy separately.It's great that a recommendation is given as to the minimum requirements etc.I am adding to this beginner kit a more advance one pretty soon. I am utilizing a reinforced concrete ceiling and available space in our living room for a permanent feature. Looking online and realizing the possibilities in developing such a training routine in my own home is truly exciting.On the fundamental issue of hooks( these do not form part of the kit purchase), I would find expert advice o the positioning and installation of hooks specifically on home installations extremely helpful if they were in-depth, tried and tested by qualified personell.

As a martial artist and dancer this is perfect for stretching.I had an inversion table but couldn’t fit it into my flat so gave it to my mum and dad.Needed something else purely for my back and found this.Cheaper than an inversion table and versatile.I’ve hung it over a pullUp bar in a doorway and seems sturdy after a week or so.I don’t have much room with it but after two days I’ve felt the benefits.I actually enjoy my evenings watching something on my laptop and messing about and hanging from the yoga swing. Sleeps improved and also hip inflammation and back pain has gone down quit significantly.I realise this might not be everyone and I don’t even use it for Ariel yoga! Just for me and what I need it’s perfect.I’d recommend to anyone even if you just want to elongate your back. My only problem and it’s minor is I don’t have any doorways high enough so my arms hang but I have found a way to to stretch out so it’s a minor.

I received my order really quickly and it was well packaged. I would definitely order from them again.I absolutely love this yoga body swing. I’ve had one myself for nearly 2 years and I wouldn’t be without it. I’m a nurse so like most nurses I’ve got back issues. I’ve ordered this one for one of my colleagues as a leaving present because she really wanted one but couldn’t afford it. It’s probably the best thing I have ever bought as it brings such relief after a 12 hour shift, much to the amusement of my friends. There are lots of other swings but I consider this the best one on the market. It comes with a dvd plus there are also helpful YouTube videos showing how to get the best out of it.

I found the written instructions (although short) a little difficult to comprehend but the video on their website I found crystal clear (and then the written instructions became crystal clear)I bought this product to increase my suppleness - not for pain relief - thus I cannot comment on that aspect of the equipment.It actually was very easy to set up the trapeze (I bought a door bar from Argos) and from my initial basic careful uses (because it feels a bit strange having a door taking all of my weight) I'm extremely happy with the look, the strength, and ease of installation. On Yogabody's website, they have many videos giving assistance as to how to use the trapeze which is extremely helpful. The ones that I have viewed have been clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this product.
