to be honest i haven’t noticed a difference unless the have worked and me being me didn’t notice, i take the 3 a day with my diet and using weights roughly losing 7 lbs a week, i do cycling haven’t seen improvement on stamina or energy still become burnt out, they may haven’t worked for me but doesn’t mean they won’t work for you on a professional level

I didn't find these had any effect. I don't know why but the Extreme Nutrition CLA (I buy them from Dolphin Fitness) are much more effective for me.

I’ve taken your pills for a month now. My appetite has been suppressed massively! I used to eat four to five meals a day but now I’m eating 2/3 meals a day and not feeling hungry either. I’ve lost 8lbs and hopefully more to come ! I’d strongly recommend these pills.

Not sure if it did work, however did notice some changes around my waist. Every body is different therefore might have a more effective outcome for others

Can’t say I really saw a benefit from taking these. I take from 2 to 3 a day for nearly a month now and although I have lost some weight and felt a bit more energetic, but that’s because I changed lifestyle and been more active too going to gym etc. I never felt like a boost after taking those, but maybe a month is not too long or I don’t know. Anyway 4 star for now

Easy to swallow and they do not have a funny after taste. Take one capsule before meals.
