ive had more led bulbs than i care to remember and have been buying the cheap ebay 48smd gu10's from 2010 and to be honest i havent found an honest seller yet that says they last 50000 hours or so. But... i do honestly think that they have improved significantly since then and the key to long life is a decent breathable casing and good quality LED chips that dont burn out and i have to say that buying on Amazon and getting decent review really does help. The bulbs are ceramic and give of a beautiful natural white light and not extreme and very natural in colour grading. They are very well made and i do think they are the best yet that i have bought. You wont be disappointed..

I debated for a long time before I finally got around to replacing all of my old GU10 spotlight bulbs with LED ones. Yes, I know they’re more economical to run but they were always an awful lot more expensive in the first place. And I have 24 of them in our house so up until recently it was going to be an big expense to change them all.Fortunately the prices of them have come down, and I chose these ones based on their positive reviews. I’ve replace all of my old bulbs with the cool light LED bulbs and I’m extremely happy with them. No failures, they were like-for-like size and the light is immediate and bright. I’m totally satisfied with my purchase.

I fitted these to my kitchen (ceiling mounted cluster of 4 bulbs) and study (6 ceiling down-lighters). In both rooms, they give a more even light coverage than many narrower beam angle bulbs, at a decent level of brightness. The 4000k white light gives the study a slightly institutional atmosphere, with a distinctly "grey" feeling when compared with halogen lamps. However, I quickly noticed a distinct strobing effect on moving objects - such a kitchen knife blade - and once noticed, it is distracting. I found that working beneath these bulbs for any length of time becomes uncomfortable. The bulbs themselves do not flicker visibly; there are no dimmer switches in the circuit to cause flicker. So, the old halogen bulbs have now been returned to the kitchen, while the study lights are still under review. These bulbs will certainly light a room so that you can see where everything is, consuming less electricity than power-greedy halogens bulbs. They do that job, so 3 stars awarded. Beyond that, when spending any length of time living and working indoors under artificial lighting, halogen bulbs are still my preferred choice for comfort and atmosphere.EDIT Feb 2019 - After a full 2 years of daily use, all 6 out of 6 lamps fitted to the study ceiling downlights are still working, with no failures. They easily outperform the previous halogens for reliability. These were my first LED bulbs; I now realise that 3000k colour temperature (warm white) would have been a better choice for me, which is no fault of the 4000k lamps that I purchased. The "strobing" is subtle but discernible, moving objects appear to cast a series of sharp shadows rather than a blur as would be seen under natural light. I since found that pricier COB type LED lamps seem to be better in this respect, those work much better in the kitchen and I am now a full convert to LED. I was also impressed by the Customer Support from Lampaous who emailed me 2 years after purchase, having read my original review, offering to rectify any problems with free replacements under a generous 3 year warranty. I have re-graded my rating to 4 stars (Excellent reliability and Customer Service, but subtle performance limitations apparent with this lower cost type of lamp) and would certainly buy from this supplier again.

Almost four years after buying these first back in 2015, they're still going strong! I've got friends with other LED bulbs (and I've had others myself) and after a couple of years the diodes start to dim, they light up but don't produce enough light to be usable. These are still super bright and like new. Cannot recommend enough, especially for the price and they're a great colour too. Much better than the awful shades of yellow from other energy saving bulbs.-------- OLD REVIEW --------Great deal for £22, they're very bright and the perfect colour for indoor lighting (4000 Kelvin version) one was broken but out of 10 can't really complain. I ordered two lots but the other 10 haven't been installed yet.I would highly recommend these to replace indoor halogen lights. These are at least as bright possibly a little brighter and are also diffused making them softer and less harsh than halogen lights generally are. Have these fitted now all downstairs.

I ordered the lightbulbs and replaced my old spot lights,The 10 bulbs were 4 differnt types of bulb. So they are miss matched when I ordered 10 believing the bulbs would be the same type.Disappointed and due to my old bulbs been thrown I have just kept the item

These are great bright bulbs. Hard to say regarding energy efficiency at the moment as only had in for a week but the smart meter seems to be around the same as when I used energy efficient ones but may take time to notice. Main good thing is the brightness straight away instead of waiting for them to warm up like previous energy efficient bulbs.So far they are worth it & a good price

le16 oct.16 reçu ces 10 ampoules à 28.99€ GU10 éclairent blanc de blanc d'où la couleur de l'annonce : white. Comme les éclairages de sous-sol de garages ou les hôpitaux des années 70. La lumière est trop blanche et rend les pièces non chaleureuses. On a envie de les fuire. Mauvais choix ! je tenterais bien COULEUR : blanc chaud. A voir dans le temps si je lis un commentaire concernant ces ampoules ""blanc chaud"".
