Works perfectly and easy to install.
This is an excellent device. I was a bit uncertain when purchasing it because of some other reviews saying it was difficult to fit or that the tuning was too short. However, it honestly too 20 secs to install in my Juwel Rio 180 and it's now up and running with lots of micro bubbles generated in the pump flow and great agitation at the water surface to oxygenate the tank.Significantly cheaper and quieter than a conventional air pump and stone.

Lots of bubbles
Great product, the fish really love it. I did find that it stops working after a while, but, after messing around a bit, found that was due to the water flow from the Juwel inbuilt filter, so a quick rinse of the top sponges increased the flow and the bubbles came rushing back with a vengeance. Since installing, my plants have a whole new lease of life, and helped get to the look I was really after.

Overpriced, fiddly but boy does it create bubbles!
This is both far worse and far better than I expected... but please bear with me, I'll explain! My initial impression was that it's not obvious or easy to fit this. I have a Juwel Bioflow M, with my Lido 120, and the bits don't fit. The tube is wider and will only fit (with considerable resistance) onto the existing tube, you can't just replace it. This means you need both tubes, both of which have odd elbow angles, and ends up poking a long way out into the tank. The air tube is however quite long enough to poke above the surface if you look at and plan the odd elbow angles to take the tube level with the surface. But not the quick replacement part I'd expected; added to mediocre quality and a high price, disappointed.But. Switched on and with the nozzle open, and wow! The pictures on the packaging showing some big bubbles coming from the nozzle are misleading. At first, apart from some noise, and having wrestled with the plastic bits I was disappointed I couldn't see any decent bubbles. Then I noticed the flood of micro bubbles blasting into the tank, far more and far smaller than from an airstone. And they don't just rise to the surface, they swirl everywhere. This can be adjusted with the valve on the air intake, but it can flood the tank with millions of air bubbles.I now have a shoal of Rasbora who are addicted to surfing in the stream of bubbles, the whole tank is more full of life, and even shrimp seem to have more energy. All in all a great addition to Juwel aquarium!

Small problem with the fit, otherwise good
Easy to assemble, the end cap fits snugly onto the pipe, and the airline tube is quite rigid so the air inlet won’t flop down into the water.I had a little trouble fitting this to a Juwel Eccoflow 600 in my Rio 180. The diameter of the pipe was just a couple of millimetres larger than the pipe it replaces, meaning it wouldn’t fit onto the pump outlet without falling off. The solution was to use a hacksaw and aquarium sealant to join the old and new tubes together, which resulted in a perfect fit. Clearly this isn’t a problem for everyone but this solution works if you have the same issue. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the airline tube is quite short, meaning that the air inlet only just about reaches above the water line. If I filled the tank to the max level stated by Juwel, it would be completely covered. You may find you need to cut a slightly longer length of airline tubing if this is a problem for you.Once fitted the result is great. Tiny air bubbles spray right across the tank, an effect which looks superb under LED lighting. My platy fish are enjoying swimming through the bubbles.

Excellent product, simple and effective.
This works a treat. Just push the parts together, and onto the outlet of the Juwel filter unit, and hey-presto! A bubble stream!I find it also provides me with a visual indication of the status of my filter system, as the bubble stream decreases as the filter output reduces. I then just replace the top, wool filter pad, which is usually pretty loaded by then, and the bubble stream returns to normal. Some might say it is expensive, for what amounts to a couple of plastic tubes, but I'm happy to pay Juwel for the design development, and the convenience!P.S. My fish (guppies and platies,) love it too!

Great for small tank but probably not enough for a large tank
I bought this for my Juwel Vio 40 and as it is a small tank, I didn't want to have to plug in an air diffusor and have another wire hanging out of the back. This connects to the filter outlet so problem solved. Initially I couldn't get it to work and then only if I removed the flow control bit and left the tube sticking out on it's own, but it was just one flow rate. I tried turning the flow control knob about and re-attaching but still nothing. I then pulled apart the flow control and put it back together and bingo it worked. Therefore I understand some people saying it doesn't work as it didn't when I first tried. However it seems to be fine now and I am happy with it but would imagine if you have a large tank then it may seem somewhat underpowered. People are saying it is expensive for just a bit of plastic (£7ish) but if you bought a decent air pump and an air stone it would be quite a bit more so don't feel that this is a huge issue.I think great for a small tank but if you have a large tank then probably better to go for a proper air diffuser.Changed my mind has now stopped working totally after a week, no bubbles at all. Have taken it apart, put it back together and nothing. No idea what the issue is so very disappointed as thought initially a good buy
