Fit is tight, so much so if you don't use something to pry it from the body it'll start to unsnap the body section! It has round legs which makes it more stable on any terrain (see helicopters) that lock into place. Definitely a good piece BUT for anyone trying to stay under the FAA registration, this will not work for you.

As long as you follow the instructions to pinch the landing struts towards each other to move the attaching grab tabs slightly, this think goes on and off like a breeze. Once on, it stays put. Cool looking also, makes the drone look like a mini helicopter on skids. Certainly, IMHO, still needs a ground pad or cloth to keep dust out of the drone, but this item will provide crucial extra ground clearance.Must have been designed by computer, as this couldn't have been better built. Outstanding engineering.

These accessories work fine on my mini 2. Put on and take off of the landing frame is easy. Snaps on to Fly with it and Sqeezeto remove it for storage til next time. Quality is good. Blade protectors are jam up.

I had mixed feelings about buying this particular piece for my Mini 2, due to the mixed reviews about mounting and dismounting the landing gear. Like all things with the Mini 2, this is plastic and lightweight. You may guess it is not sufficient for your needs. I assure you it is.Apart from the ultra cool appearance of having the landing gear on your Mini 2, you will find the landing gear easy to install and remove. Yes, you’ll need to be aware of the force you apply attaching and removing the piece. It’s small, it’s durable, but it’s not indestructible.It fits perfect, doesn’t blocking any of the cooling vents for the Mini 2, and (like I said) looks awesome.Be patient. Remember to squeeze the legs gently to fit it properly, and to remove it without issue.

I don't know why most people get landing gear add-ons to the mavic mini 2, but for me, it was just for the fun of landing in a tighter space.Just for kicks, I was trying to land the mavic mini 2 on a stool. A regular old bar stool. The normal landing legs are too far apart, so my mavic mini kept missing by a little bit and falling off. With this landing gear, I can land on a stool.That's really it, hahahahaha. Works great. I wouldn't use this landing gear when using the mavic mini outdoors, I have a landing pad for that.

The legs of the landing gear legs can be difficult to put on.Once you get used to it puting the legs my Mavic Mini SE iit is rather easy to put on or take off.The folding legs come in very useful ao that you do not need to remove the landing legs when you put the Mavic Mini SE in it's case. Overall the HeiyRC Landing Gear for DJI Mini 2,Mavic Mini arrived on time and a rather usefull. The HeiyRC lamding legs increase your ground clearance do you no longer need to take off from a hard surface. A good value for the points used to pruchase the HeiyRC Landing Gear for DJI Mini 2,Mavic Mini SE. I am over 65 years old and the landing gear makes it easier to takeoff and land.

Huge fan of this drone. This is my second drone within the DJI family and this is my favorite. It is very compact, but holds up to windy days well. The battery life and flight time is the big seller for me. I love being able to fly for 25-30 minutes without having to land and change batteries. My old drone would have required 3 batteries to fly for 30 minutes. This done, being so small, is a little weight sensitive, so don't plan on hanging a lot of accessories off of it without limiting your height and distance. The pictures and videos are fantastic. I couldn't be happier that I moved to the Mavic Mini. Highly recommend.

Works nice if landing in high grass, dirt, etc. Only issue is it's kind of a pain to take off of the drone.
