Keeping your Pi cool.
The heatsinks are designed for the original Raspberry Pi - the smaller silver HS is aimed at cooling the Ethernet/USB controller which on the original Pi was wired up incorrectly and received too much voltage and thus got rather toasty. This was fixed in the Pi 2 and Pi 3 but it never hurts to remove a little heat. The copper plate is destined for the memory chip on the underside of the Pi. This is flat and smooth but will dissipate more heat than without. Bonus is that it fits on to the underside of my Pi and allows me to fit it into my FLiRC case. Which leads me onto the larger, anodised green HS. Since I have a FLiRC case I have an integrated heatsink so I have no need for it but if you are rocking another case then this may help you keep it cooler.

Cheap but effective cooling solution.
Arrived on time packaged in a small clear plastic bag. The heat sinks do their job well and pull plenty of heat away from the CPU. Are you do to fit them is Peel away the protective film which covers the adhesive stuck to the bottom of the heat sinks and use a small amount of firm pressure to stick them down on top of the chips. I fitted the two aluminium heatsinks but I did not really think the copper plate needed fitting to the bottom of my Raspberry Pi in order to keep operating temperatures low. Good value for money would recommend if you are serious about cooling your Raspberry Pi.

Let's stay cool, ok?
As I'm running RetroPie, this really does the job, even for the PS/PS2 games. I upped the VRAM to 200MB and after 1h playing, CPU was at a nice 60-65 Celsius, which is withing the 50-70 recommended range. Before it would pop over 80 very quick and show the icon on the screen.Only thing I can "complain" about is trying to remove the cover so I can apply the thing, it was so thin and tightly glued to the thermal past. I also made sure to see if they would slide off when hot, they wiggle, but not move. At least not with a small amount of hand applied pressure. If you want to remove them, you can wank them out without much effort of course, but they won't fall off unless you're going over 100C.Oh, and have some scissors, you might have to cut some excess paste before applying

For the price and result I got, perfectly fine
My kodi videos at 1080p were starting to stutter after 3/4 hours of constant streaming.Checked CPU temp, it was up at 79 so on the limit of being throttled.Popped these on the motherboard, temps now not going above 60, no stuttering.Copper one go's on the underside of the pi, it's thin enough that it doesn't interfere with cases. The other two go on the top chips, just size them up to the correct chip size.Peel off the backing and they stick on.For the price and result I got, perfectly fine. For 5* I would prefer more blades.

Colourful, yet highly functional Heatskinks for a Raspberry PI
I wanted some Heatsinks for my raspberry PI 3 development kit that I created as shown. These GorillaPi ones looked quite colourful, and more importantly were listed as having pre-installed Heatsink adhesive, which is good for improving thermal conductivity. The item came well packaged, and was fitted in seconds as can be seen. The 2 Aluminium Heatsinks fit on top of the PI and the copper Heatsink fits underneath.I'm very happy with these to help keep my Raspberry PI cool for teaching and development.Hope this review might have helped, if not and there's something you wanted to know specifically, comment below and I will do my best to answer it.Sarah

this is a great way of keeping things cool
if your getting started in the world of raspberry pi and are worried about overheating, this is a great way of keeping things cool.GorillaPi Heatsink are amazing for they price and very well made to, the Heatsink Adhesive is very good the moment it touch the chip it stuck fast.one thing to keep in mind the adhesive is larger than the heatsink and will need trimming down (this isn't needed to be done really it's more for aesthetics)all in all a great product and would buy again, If get more raspberry pi

Cooler than Vanilla Ice
The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. I have installed on a brand spanking new Raspberry Pi 3 and it is running nice and cool. I am using the Pi as a Syncthing server, which can cause even a well ventilated Pi to get a little warm. But these heatsinks are making sure that the little fella stays cool and calm under pressure. Easy to install, effective at what they do and a good price. All round, a great product and a great service.
