Know what you are using it for
With these types of product it is important to know if you are using it for the right thing. It is an excellent product and I use the NOW brand a lot. Only 4 stars be cause it does not do as much for my anxiety as the relora on it's own. If you have never had relora on it's own you may well see a massive benefit from this if you are using g it for adrenal fatigue.

Good value for money
Taking this to balance my hormones coming off birth control......its only been 2 days but must say have given me a slight headache and only taking it once a day not 3 times a day yet so only time will tell

possibly making a difference
who knows if it's just a placebo effect but i really feel these are helping me. i used to have really horrible feelings of doom etc (especially at night) and felt very unsafe etc but i've been taking these for almost a month and i really can't say i've had those feelings since.just a note, if you are depressed and not anxious these will NOT benefit you. this is definitely more for a booster for those with anxiety and seem to act as almost a calming agent. depressed (only depressed) people do not need calming so please be careful.

Excellent Product!!
I have type 1 diabetes and suffer badly with dawn phenomenon, my gp sent me for a blood test for my cortisol levels and it came back slightly higher than normal. I bought this product to see if would help. I'm on my 2nd bottle and have been taking it for about 6 weeks. I cant believe the difference, before taking this product I waking up with blood sugar readings 25-30, 6 weeks on and I'm waking up with blood sugar readings 10-15, this still isn't in range but a vast improvement, hoping the decline in morning readings will continue. I would give this product 10 stars if could!

Did nothing for me
Unfortunately this product did absolutely nothing to balance out my cortisol and help my anxiety. Complete waste of my money, sadly

Cortisol relief tablets
Starting to feel the benefit of taking these. I was sceptical but thought I would try them, but after taking for a couple of weeks, I am feeling a reduction in my symptoms of long term stress.
