Q: conflicting reviews, just how good is this product, what are the breakdown issues. undecided between this and the Gtech. help please thanks

I bought this product a few weeks ago despite the bad reviews - I wish I'd listened to them. There appears to be a widespread battery issue. After charging it, asper the guidelines, it stopped working after 10 mins. So I decided to charge it overnight for a min of 12 hours. It then struggled to start and only lasted a few seconds before stopping. I would look at the Shark products instead - they are not cordless - but they are BRILLIANT.

Q: Will this damage my engineered wood flooring?

I do not no.but we have laminate flooring no damage to that type of floor.ok

Q: My hoover is not charging ? I place it in charge and it stops after 2 minutes . It’s 3 months old ? Anyone else having this problem ?

Yes, I had the same problem. Sent it back and got another, did the same thing. Gave up and got a refund. Don’t bother going to Hoover for support. I did at first but they said the don’t support anything sold through Amazon! Amazon were ok about it and replaced and then eventually refunded without quibbles.

Battery has been fully charged. still lasts just 1 min before reset is required. Any way round this without replacing battery?
