Not enough suck. Very good suck with the hose removed. Suspect the hose diameter is too small.

I've boght this Makita DVC260Z Cordless Backpack Vacuum Cleaner to make my life easier but is a waste of money.The suction power is very low.This huver is not doing his job and you waist your time using it.Buying this product was one of the worst experience ever. The seller services costumer are not very helpful.

Good product. I supply/fit carpet and use it on smaller jobs to clean up fluff at the end of the job. 2 full batteries gives you probably about an hour's vacuuming realistically.A good tip, chuck the Hoover bag away and use it without. I tried the bag and it just kept getting clogged in the pipe. Now works fine and suction is better

This is about as good as I expected from a battery powered vac. It's cordlessness far outweighs the lack of suction. Stringer that. My Dyson cordless and the back pack leaves your hands free. It's great.
