They work
I have kids who are too young to be unsupervised but are old enough to lock doors. Thus, I purchased a pack of these for myself and for my inlaws. Every door now has a key above it on the door frame so my kids can't lock themselves into rooms to hide.These things work as expected, they don't feel flimsy but are small enough to fit the standard interior door locks.

Perfect for chronic key losers
I don't know what she does with them, but my wife is constantly losing these little keys. Then when she needs one, she can never find any. I think there literally is some dark corner of the house with at least 50 of them in it.When all the original ones disappeared, I started making some by flattening a nail, but that was a pain in the neck. Then I came across these on Amazon for just a few bucks. Should be enough to last her at least for a little while.
