If you are a founder, especially a start up with some good growth, this book is a must read. Along with "Founders Dilemma" you will have most of the answers you need whether to continue your plight or check your ego and find someone more suitable to scale your enterprise. We all want to believe that our company is special. The truth, however, is that we face many of the same challenges. This book is a fantastic summary of some of the critical issues that CEOs, founders and their successor have struggled through, and outstanding advice on how to best navigate them. I think it’s the most valuable read for any new CEO that I have found.

Book is extremely accurate. I would highly recommend for anyone who is working in a founder CEO company. Puts it all in perspective.
