I’ve always wanted a Kenwood Chef and here it is! When I saw the price at £238 I just had to buy it. Whilst a silver one would have been nice, I’m more than happy to have got one in white at that price.Is it any good? Well, it’s actually flaming brilliant!It’s made of sturdy metal, it’s heavy and stable, and definitely does what it’s says on the box.Bread, pizza dough and cake batter made so far, all effortless. Instead of flour everywhere and ten minutes of kneading, I just threw all the ingredients in the bowl, turned it on and then sat watching YouTube for 10mins with a coffee. Once kneaded, you just easily slide the dough off the hook, into the bowl, cover with damp tea towel and let it rise.Just make sure you read the destructions first before using so you don’t try and go all out on the speed. It’s a fantastic device, but still subject to user error.I bought the mincer and sausage stuffing attachment, which works amazingly well, plus the blender for smoothies and shakes. I’m looking at the pasta maker attachment next, along with the ice cream maker.Go on, it’s well worth the money.

I like the mixer but I would have liked to be able to purchase an additional small bowl. I contacted Kenwood but have been told they do not have a smaller bowl to fit this mixer. The large bowl is great for cake mixes etc but a small bowl would be handy for mixing small amounts.

Great product, really sturdy and easy to use. Larger size, so good for baking large quantities. Only drawback for me is that the bowl is very deep and found it a bit tricky to spoon mixture out but this is the first time I have had one, so I’m still getting used to it.

I have had my old Kenwood mixer for approx 50 years but somehow lost my K beater and new ones do not fit so thank goodness for black Friday. Got a new one for a brilliant price so Christmas baking is on again .

Bought primarily for the bread mixing feature, this machine is really useful.It is very sturdy (heavy) and doesn't 'travel' when mixing at the higher speeds.The mixing attachments do their jobs very well.The size and shape of the mixing bowl is almost perfect (it tapers at the bottom) allowing all ingredients thoroughly. Depending on what you are mixing, you may have to occasionally, scrape the sides down.The dough hook is my most used attachment, and that I cannot fault.It also has a handy pouring 'lid', attachment. Means no more flour 'clouds' or liquid 'sprays'.All in all, a great machine, I love it!

I bake on a regular basis and purchased this Kenwood to replace my old one which I had for 25+ years and I've given it to my granddaughter so it's still going strong. love the large bowl motor is really powerful, the spatula could be slightly longer and slightly wider but that's the only fault I can find with it
