Its really easy to use.Surprisingly not a lot of effort is needed to use it either.No instructions included but then if you need them, don't buy this tool... LolIt comes with tones of eyelets so you'll have plenty to play with whilst leaning how to use it.I needed this so I could make classic car carpet samples for some of my trader clients.I laser cut them out with a 6mm hole, and then pressed in the ring. so simple and quick and looks professional to boot.Would I buy again? Yes but as such little pressure is needed I may opt for a hand held one, but now I have this I don't think it will need replacing for years.The cutting dies didn't cut carpet but I didn't expect it to knowing my carpets backing construction but it cut cloth, card and even some thin plastics, so all is good.Gets 5 starts coz it does exactly what I wanted it to do and it does it well.Josh

Tried punching holes with 3 die sizes only the smallest worked. The others didn’t cut at all, just chewed the materials.I will be returning this useless tool.Really disappointed as the video looked great.Only gave 1 star as would not accept zero stars!

Love using these machines for Grommets & Eyelets. This one is a pretty blue. For me, I get much better & consistent results with this type of machine as oppose to the plyers or the kits that come with eye/grommet setting tools with which you use a hammer. I am a hobby sewist, so probably don't use the machine as much as someone who has a home business, but for me it was still a good investment. Just want you to be aware that the hole punch is the sort of punch that pushes a hole in your material (see image with circle round the description), as oppose to a hole cutting die. Either way on dress/craft/woven fabric, both tend to be more efficient with just one layer.

There is a more expensive model which does both, but it's using nearly the same information and picture. I am new to doing this sort of thing and it seemed to be perfect. Unfortunately, the sponge hand grip got damaged during fitting, so I cannot return it and the packing material has gone also.Very disappointed! It remains unused at the moment, so can't rate it at all.I contacted the company, who were very helpful, but unable to solve the problem. I pointed out to them that their advertising was misleading, but I don't expect that will be changed.So I am presently researching hole punching tools. I have arthritis and find this difficult.
