I bought a 2010 Prius, that came with 1 key fob. This product seemed like it would give me peace of mind that I would have a good functioning spare. I have a Xtool auto diagnostic tool which is capable of programming touchless keys, so that made it easy. If you are not so fortunate, a local locksmith can add the key to the car, and cut the tiny key in the remote for a nominal charge. Much better than a dealer for certain.I think this unit has better range than the original one I got, and seems quite durable. the case feels quality, unlike some competitors. the battery life has been good too!All in All, I strongly recommend, and find the product very good and reliable.

The media could not be loaded. 2014 Prius V… did not work, wasted $100 getting it programmed by car locksmith be cautious when purchasing…ALMOST useless.. will unlock and lock car - but even having it programmed by car locksmith, with great state of the art equipment (OBD plugins, and smart device with codes, software, etc) - this product will simply NOT start my car. 😩

I bought one of these from a different vendor and had to return it because although it worked, it worked very poorly! Zero problems with this one. It programmed correctly and functions flawlessly. It was a good purchase.
