The Bossy Gourmet - Hatch Flame Roasted Green Chile (16oz, 3)

If you like the heat but not hot, this is it. It doesn't leave a fire flaming numbness down your throat so youcan't taste a thing. I like that has such a wonderful flavor and it's Hatch chilies. I use it in my Enchilada Casserole, eggs etc.

This is an exceptional green salsa. While heat tolerance is a subjective thing, my experience is that the heat/flavor/tang ratio is perfectly balanced. A friend brought some back from her travels and I immediately ordered a case. This is not your store brand variety salsa. I'm hooked.

I lived in New Mexico in college. Went back there many times and brought back many coolers wrapped in duct tape containing frozen green chilies. This is the best salsa I have had in all my trips to New Mexico and from when I lived there. These guys know what they are doing. This is New Mexico flavor at its best.

I loved it. I used in for my breakfast eggs, enchiladas, tacos,dip. Best ever. I will continue to purchase these products.
