This mattress pad is awesome! It came well-packaged, was easy to fold out and smooth down, and washing instructions couldn’t be easier to follow. Connecting the pad was easy and disconnecting it was just as simple. The only draw back was the location of the connectors. They’ve been placed at the top of the pad about 5 inches from both front and sides of mattress (see pic). Even with sheets over it, if you’re tall like we both are, your feet can still feel the hardness of it. But don’t let that deter you. The mattress pad has easy to use dual controls which allows my husband and I to both stay comfortable. They have a 10 point heat setting and a timer you can set which allows for automatic shut off within 1-12 hours. My husband turns his side of the mattress pad on every night during the winter months in Colorado. I hardly use mine. However, I never feel the warmth from his side unless I purposefully snuggle up to him. For those couples who run hot/cold, you’ll appreciate this feature! The fit is exceptional. I wish all the sheets I buy would fit as well as this thing does. We have a CalKing mattress and as the pic shows, it is very deep. The corners of the pad fit perfectly around the mattress and, to date, no slippage or corners riding up the sides. Both of us agree this was a great purchase. I don’t think you’d be disappointed if you went with this product. Happy shopping.

As age creeps in, folks like me can tend to get colder and colder with circulation and nerve issues. I've alwsys leaned yoward heated blankets to help, but no more!Last night was the first night using the Reaks heated matress pad and I did not move all night! Head to toe warm all over and not a cold spot in sight. I don't dread going to bed anymore.The controls are fine, nothing to quibble about. I don't care about the controls, I care about the heat! Personally, I feel no wires at all and the connection to the cord...again, not an issue. I don't know about the durability, so time will tell. Quality seems to be there.It's perfectly queen sized and is meant for deep matresses, even those that have a 2-inch topper.Ultra pleased with this product. If you suffer...and I do mean suffer, with cold bits during the night, snap up one of these. Unless you are very nit-pucky, you won't regret it.

Pros:- Heats up very very quickly.- The lowest temperature setting is incredibly warm.- Material is soft- Even though the material is thin, you can hardly notice the wires.- Controls are easy to use.- Very granular timer- Good fit on a deep mattressCons:- The lowest temperature setting is almost too warm.- Requires two wall outlets and there are two plugs on both sides of the pad. Opposed to one central plug.- The foot of mattress does not appear to warm up. Very warm where your body is, but I can't feel any hear near my feet. I don't think the heat coils go all way to edge of the heat pad.I had a Sunbeam heated mattress pad for a long time. As it got older you'd have to crank the temperature up higher and higher. At it's last, I had it cranked to it's highest and it was just warm at best. This mattress pad, however, is very very warm on the lowest setting. I could not imagine turning it up. I kind of wish it has a lower warmth setting. But that is a minor gripe. Outside of that, I love the purchase.

Amazing is the only way to describe this.It heats up rather fast. It’s very soft, we keep a fitted sheet over it and the heat still comes through perfectly. On this cold days or when muscles feel sore it comes in handy.Timer works great to fall asleep to. You can set it from 1-12 hoursHas heat setting from 1-10 under setting it 4 you really don’t feel any heat but after that setting it feels perfect and works greatThe only con I can even fault it would be the connections can be annoying on your feet if you’re tall. We actually flipped it to where the connections were at the head of the bed and our pillows cover them.

I've purchased a couple of these in the past and wasn't very impressed with the heat dispersion. Very spotty. Kind of wrote them off until my wife started having chronic back pain. Figured we'd try again but was diligent about reading reviews. This one had good ratings so we pulled the trigger. I was surprised with the consistency of heat across the entire pad. I personally don't use it much but it's nice to have during those colder NH winter nights. My wife wakes up nearly pain free for a few hours everyday. Can't ask for much more than that. 👍

Very well constructed, beautiful, and works well with good fit on the bed. If you wake up stiff from arthritis, try this. Turn it on at 6-10 about 1-2 hours before you go to bed. Turn it down when you go to bed so you don't get too warm. This particular product lets you choose the heat setting and amt of time up to 12 hours for it to be on. This is my fourth heated mattress pad and the nicest one I have had

I love this even more than I thought I would. Not only is this wonderful in cold months, but it is June in GA and I love this so much that several nights a week I have turned the AC up so I could make it warm on my body at night. You may think you ca tolerate the 9 or 10, but it does get hot over time, so I like to put it this high at first, then use the timed settings at maybe 4 or 5 for an hour or so in winter, and maybe a 2 for an hour or so in warm months. I had a surgical procedure on my back, and this felt so good during my recover, helping to alleviate the pain and feel comfy. I am in love with the fact that this allows 2 sleepers to use their own settings too. Also, I am a "princess and the pea" type of sensitive sleeper, and can honestly say that whatever coils they use are great and I cannot feel them, and the top is soft.

Uses well built English electrics (240v scale on 110v circuit). So far nothing has "made in China" on it! Pros: Feels well made and heavy duty. The heating circuitry extends to the edge of the king size mattress not 6 - 9 inches from the edge. Takes less than 15 minutes pre-warming to be nice and snuggly on a 3 or 4 setting (10 max). Cons: Both insignificant in practice. The plug and socket extend a bit more onto the usable surface than our old pad but they are also far more substantive. The control box lighting is a tad too dark to read in the dark but illuminates a wee bit too bright when alterations are groped for! Neither is a problem in practice but could be annoying if one's better half is a light sleeper! Excellent! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality King Size mattress heat pad.
