Brought this ready for when my niece starts and had a flick through. It's sooooo good I wish this was around when I was younger so much information in there that young girls might be embarrassed to ask a parent about or maybe they have no one to ask about this sort of thing. I think it's something every young girl should have. Hats off to the person who wrote this!

All information in the book is very valid and interesting but it is NOT just about the period hence i do not think this is a book for younger readers. It should be about the period. All the other things included should be in another book regarding the corresponding subjects at matter.Or call the whole book: puberty: the whole thing. Definitely do not recommend it for younger readers

The eye roll and dirty look I got when I presented this to my eldest was worth every cent! 🤣 I told her she didn't have to read it, but if she was curious she could and was welcome to ask me questions. Within 3 hours she was asking. So great to know you aren't missing any details and they can look when they're ready to know about a subject!

Talks about sex in this book and having sex while on your period.
