I haven't noticed any difference in my dog except she may not be drinking as much water as before. She still has bladder leaks and she pants a lot. She has been on this for two weeks. I'll continue with it hoping I'll see improvement. It is easy to give her, though. I put five drops on her food or on top of a tablespoon of cottage cheese. Amy is 72 pounds and she gets five drops, three times a day. I read the instructions. If I have the Vet put her on Cushing's medication, it's $99 a month and she would have to be blood tested every two weeks. From what research I have done, once you start on the prescribed medication, you can't take them off without doing a lot of harm. My friend's dog had Cushings.
