Energy guaranteed!
I came across Lytening when I was looking for electrolyte drinks and I was tired of Gatorade. I also hate the taste of pedialyte. On first glance, I appreciated that it was developed by doctors and a natural taste. I purchased the lemon lime because I figured it would be the safer option with a new product. It’s amazing! I’ve used it when I feel dehydrated from a few drinks the night before and drink it at work. I’m a nurse and work 12+ hour days. This drink gave me more energy than coffee or green tea! I just felt awake and not tired at all. It was definitely a noticeable sustained shift so now I keep a pack in my lunch box. I mostly put it in my water bottles, but I drink it in a large glass cup at home and it still tastes pretty good! It’s not powdery, salty, or too sweet. I’ll be trying strawberry kiwi next!

Allergic Reaction
Unfortunately I develped hives each time I tried to drink it. Cannot get a refund, so out in the garbage it goes.

Amazed with this product. The texture was perfect, it dissolves right away. It hydrated me right away. I prefer this 10x over Gatorade. Will def reorder.

I’ve tried many hydration product but this one is by far the best tasting and most effective.
I love the taste and love that it was actually effective. This is the first time using this product and it will now be the only hydration product that I use going forward. No gimmick, no fluff, just a good taste hydration formula that works. Way to go, Lytening!
