BUY It and make a kit!!!
The bag seems to be water repellent or resistant. Either way it’s great material.To it I added a gift tag with a a note and some New Jersey winter essentials:- hand cream- hand sanitizer- lip scrub- lib balm- tissues- fingerless gloves- chocolateOur Mail Lady LOVED it! She was literally like a child at Christmas!!! Therefore I Say that this is a MUST BUY!
