This hose is made of a rubber-like synthetic material that is very flexible, and even a little stretchy, while still being strong.As the photo shows, I have hooked this hose up in series with an older hose that I know has really good flow. This hose keeps that high flow rate up, and with the brass fittings, it is easy to move it around and use different nozzles.While it still might get caught/snagged on large stones or pavers, as I pull it around the yard, it generally releases with a quick flip of the wrist because the material just seems lighter and springier in those aggravating situations. At least that is what I noticed, compared to older, heavier hoses that still work perfectly well, but seek to hang up more often and are more cumbersome to unjam.When I am outdoors engaging in this kind of manual labor, I appreciate using new, quality tools. I highly recommend this garden hose for the lighter, advanced synthetic compound and the reliable brass couplings. It should hold up to years of light to moderate use in my yard.

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 hoses on my hose holder- (try saying that 5 times fast)Anywho. The first one is a standard hose- and it’s heavy. When I reeled them in after using the hoses for various reasons (spraying for mosquitos, watering plants, cleaning, etc) this hose was significantly lighter.I had no troubles with this hose other than the first time unraveling it- minor kinks-and then after the first use I didn’t have that issue again.Quality is great.I’m pleased with this & would pay the money for another as long as this continues to show good longevity.

Great hose for water pump or general use. The strong shape prevents kink and the ends are brass, durable, and work well on all other hose tools. Flexible and tough as stated should last for a long time.

We have 75' perennial beds on both sides of our driveway, and we don't have automatic sprinklers. It's always been a pain to haul a long hose out there, so I wanted one that was dedicated to that area and was durable enough to withstand the elements. This one is the perfect length to set up with an impact or oscillating sprinkler to cover most of either side. It is super flexible and coils up on the hose holder without kinking or twisting. The hose material appears to be of good quality. The end fittings are well machined and attach to the risers easily. This hose will be in the sun for most of the summer, so we'll see how it holds up.

Solid hose, better than others I own. Seems heavy duty and should last a long time.

This hose is quite good. It’s lighter weight than some comparable hoses, making it easier to maneuver around the garden. It’s quite flexible, and the brass fittings do not leak.The PSI is 500lb per square inch - so it can handle pressure.Personally I think $49.99+tax is pricey, hence 4 stars.

This is just about the most average, generic, typical garden hose you can imagine with the exception of a brighter green color with a white stripe.This isn't a bad thing at all, but when this seller is asking $49.99 for a 50 foot hose, they're pricing this as one of the most expensive hoses on Amazon.Sure, it feels like it won't fall apart immediately, but it doesn't even have strain reliefs on the ends- a feature almost all the other recommended hoses on this page have, and they're all less expensive than this one.There's just no reason to buy this one for nearly double the price of another one that would perform exactly the same.
