Red Copper Cookie Tray Baking-Sheets by BulbHead

My pan warped a bit while in the oven....hmmm. It bounced back after it cooled. I am a bit puzzled as I thought these were supposed to be built for this? This is a standard convection oven at 425. What am I missing?

Had a problem with first one. Excellent Customer Service, received a replacement with no effort. I am so happy with the performance of all Red a Copper products. In the process of replacing all my metal bakeware with Red Copper. The non stick quality makes life so easy in the kitchen.

When starting to oil the sheet to condition it, I found that it was gouged inside on the end below the copper coating. On the other side the copper coating is also worn off on the top edge. Since I'd already started oiling it and have to use it for dinner tonight I guess I won't be able to return it so check yours as soon as you get it.

One more great Red Copper product for our kitchen as we replace all the old cooking utensils. Perfect non-stick performance like all the other Red Copper products. Where has this cooking innovation been all these years?

This is the heaviest duty Cookie Tray I have ever seen ... and it works great also. Cookies literally slide off the surface when allowed to cool slightly.

Cleans up easy wife loves it.

Usefull

Pieces of crap! All of the red copper pans begin to stick after school few uses and their so called life time guarentee is a joke! You pay $10.00 for shipping only for them to decide if your pan is "worth" their guarentee. That's no guarentee at all. Save yourself a headache and buy a different brand!
