Was busy but today I went back to Amazon for more information. Discovered the installed filter is included in plastic bag . No where did I find a warning that said to remove bag before operation. We really like the Auto mode and Sleep mode of this air purifier. It's very quiet. It is very helpful to improve the air in our home. Having a pet at home is a good choice.

We bought ours and it seems it would rather stay off then on. We have to unplug it and plug it back in just for it to work.

I'm unsure what to think about this air purifier. The filter has turned a little yellow so it must be working, but I held a cat hair behind it and the hair just fell to the ground. It puts out a lot of air, but doesn't seem to suck in air very well. It hasn't given me a notification to replace the filter yet.

Just giving you an idea of how well the carbon gets rid of odors. ANY odors. I use this next word very rarely but in this case, it's completely appropriate. This air purifier is AMAZING. Yes, amazing. A word used entirely too much these days to describe something as menial as a lamp shade. So, if you're suffering from asthma or allergies and want to feel better or just want your family as well as yourself to start breathing cleaner air in the one place where you can make that a reality, then this is the air purifier for you.
