This is an immunity drink that comes in sachet form which you take in the evening.The drink claims to boost a range of health benefits one of which is fatigue by aiding a deeper more restful sleep. After trying these for 10 days i can say that while i didn't fall asleep any quicker or felt more tired before bed i did feel more awake and more energy in the mornings. This did increase over the 10 days so if it worked for me id like to believe the other claims are true.I'm not sure if you'd need to drink one every evening but if you do they would work out very expensive, maybe take one when you know you need to get a good nights sleep.

I am using this product after experiencing bronchitis and feeling unwell. I am hoping that when I have finished the product it will help me to get back to my normal health. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. The parcel arrived very quickly and put in a safe place for me to find. The price was very resonable and the ingredients should prove beneficial.

I did not enjoy the taste of this, nor did I notice any real benefits after taking the full pack. Might take longer to have an impact, but I don't like the taste so I won't be getting more sadly

I know it’s meant to be healthy to promote drinks with no added sugar but with this, I did have to add a little to make it a nice drink. Once sweetened, it was a pleasure to drink and I did feel rather restful at night.
