Cementex Y8-CG Mechanic Tip Screwdriver with Cushion Grip, 3/8 by 8-Inch
This is the largest of the Cementex insulated screwdrivers that I own. I don't really use it all that often, but will occasionally when I need to check screw lug connections on circuit breakers and neutral busses in energized panelboards or meter sockets. I'm not sure who manufactures the actual screwdriver itself, but it says it's made in the USA on it. I like the feel of the rubber outer grip on the handle and find it allows good grip through my HV gloves and sleeves. The two layer Cementex 1000V insulation coating on the shank leaves only about the last 3/8" or so of the tip exposed, which is just enough for the tip to fully seat in screw heads without contacting the insulation.

Cementex Y6-CG 5/16" x 6" Mechanics Tip Screwdriver with Cushion Grip, Insulated 1000V protection
I use this Cementex 5/16" insulated screwdriver occasionally for working in panelboards and meter sockets. This screwdriver is made in the USA and has the two layer 1000V Cementex insulation all the way down the shank with only about the last 1/4" or so of the tip exposed. I have several of the Cementex screwdrivers and find them to be decently made overall. The rubber outer grip on the handle of this screwdriver is similar to my older Klein screwdrivers and I actually prefer this more traditional style to some of the other newer handle designs out there when wearing HV gloves.
