I need to know how to replace glass globe

This is a really beautiful item, but I’m a bit concerned about it being sturdy enough to use. This is not like the large and super high quality antique oil lamps, which is what I was expecting based on the price. It’s more decor than a really safe and sturdy oil lamp.

The lamp comes in 3 pieces (safely packed).The base is made of copper (probably plated) and is the main reservoir for the fuel needed to power it.Then you have the middle part (to be clipped on base. Having a screwing system may have been safer). This is the part that hold the lamp wick. It's a flat wick that will absorb the fuel and generate the flame for light. You have a small spinning wheel on the side of that part allowing to make the wick shorter or longer. Just remember, it needs to be sitting in the fuel of the reservoir to be constantly burning.Lastly, the tall glass part which goes on top of middle part and will keep the flame from fanning out with wind/blowing air.Overall, the lamp is nice but looks more like a novelty item than one you can actually use (or maybe in camping). The original ones from the old days were much bigger.

The media could not be loaded. All in all, I am satisfied with this lamp. I’ve been using it for about 2-3 times a week. I would like to tell the pros and cons of this oil lamp. First and foremost, It has given a very nostalgic atmosphere in my house, I use it while working and also drinking tea with it.This copper lamp was packed with care and I received it in perfect shape. They used air packaging for glass part of oil lamp. The copper parts were wrapped with bubble wrap, It is quite protective.The box is resistant, however it is a bit small for oil lamp. But that’s fine. The oil lamp is as decorative as it is for its use. It would have been nice if it had the oil included, but there are plenty of options out there to buy.As they say in the description, there are some scratches on the lamp because of its handmade nature but that is also normal and gives a better look.The weight of the lamp is better than I expected. The oil lamp bought else where was very light. But the weight of this oil lamp is good and the pedestal of lamp is safe.
