Looks durable, but no instructions how to charge it
Ok I know I'm not stupid but how do you charge it. No instructions telling me. You should of put instructions how to charge and work this. Do I have to take it apart? To me that's not smart. Not everyone who buys this knows how to use it and charge it. Please someone get ahold of me. Explain how to get this charged!

Order
My order is perfect, it’s worth it! It’s the same as the pictures.

It's a decent prod-uct
The whole thing is very plasticky, almost toy-like, with the rod being made of a clear hard plastic that shields the power wires and holds up the contacts. I have a feeling that a hard drop, or if it were trampled, this clear plastic rod would be the first thing to break rendering the unit useless. The LEDs on the handle seem bright enough, though I would have my stronger flashlights if I were doing a midnight prodding session. Also, when charging, my charger gets very hot.On the plus side, I'm the only one in my suburban neighborhood that owns a cattle prod! Actually, I don't even know why I requested this prod-uct-- I don't even own any animals... I think I may have a shopping problem...

Works good. But haven’t used it much.
Little confused about charging. The instructions says to charge with 220v. But the charger says 100-220 volts. Guess a regular 110 outlet will work.other than that it seems well made.came charged when I got it

about the same power as a fly swatter...(which is a lot)
btw... fly swatters have a good bite and i have accidentally touched them when they were on ... so it does get your attention. We have a couple of devices like this. At first glance, this seems kind of like it might break or is a little fragile. So far, its still working but when I compare it to our other ones, I dont feel it is as stout. We really dont like using these but sometimes its the only way to get an animal to move or back down. I don't know if an animal bumped up against it hard if the clear rod would break.

Works as advertised
I'm happy with the cattle prod. Everything works as it should. For those who didn't receive instructions with theirs, the charging port is located under and orange slide panel directly behind the activation button on the handle. The light is a nice added feature and very bright.
