DID NOT work as advertised for me. bad, or expired batch maybe ? read my revue !
ok,..i first want to say that i have friends that I recommended this product to, before i even used it myself. i never recommend a product to anyone before i use it and test it myself, but the lazerbond commercials looked convincing, and i am familiar with the technology behind it. the repair i needed was a very specialized one , and could not be done safely by any other commercially available adhesive. my friend purchased the Lazerbond and had TERRIFIC results. i instantly became a hero to my friend due to the product doing exactly what the commercials said it would do. unfortunatley,...i DID NOT have the same results. i tried to do the same exact repair as my friend did with this product,...and it failed miserably. the resin did NOT CURE whatsoever. i used the light supplied, and nothing. no bonding, no curing, not even any hardening of the bonding agent. i even tried my own ultraviolet source lamp,....and still it did not cure. all that happened is that the resin got a little sticky after about a minute of concentrated UV light from the supplied light. on top of it all,...it made a total mess of things in a piece of delicate electronic equipment which i had to now clean up. I dont know why i had the problems i experienced. the only difference here is that my friend bought his Lazerbond at a retail store,...whilst i purchased mine online here at amazon. i have not even bothered to open the second package in the hopes of possibly returning it. I dont understand why im having such problems,...and i hope someone reading this takes the time to get back to me and maybe helps resolve this issue. i have heard great things about Lazerbond,...and am hoping i just got a bad batch, or expired product. i would love to give this product a second chance being that if it works as well for me as it did my friend,..i will buy a lot of it, and will be willing to give it a good revue.

I like to fix things and can't live without it.
I'm an old guy and have used almost every type of adhesive, glue and bonding system. Every type has it’s place and Laser Bond is one of the indispensable. However, if you need to bond areas where you can't shine a light when parts are positioned, forget it. If you can, chances are it will work great. The ability to add a small drop of resin to delicate parts, leisurely and precisely position them then “instantly” cure the bond in position is unmatched. Even if you need inch thick epoxy to do the job, Laser Bond will likely hold the parts in position until the epoxy sets.Fine plastic parts with a straight break can usually be repaired with a thin sleeve of layered Laser Bond.Cyanoacrylate is better for some uses, but not many. I’ve almost replaced it completely with Laser Bond. My wife’s Swarovski candlestick holders drove me crazy for 10 years. She washed them in the dishwasher and the large crystals started falling off maybe 1/month. I kept putting them back on with various types of Cyanoacrylate, but they would eventually fall off, just sitting there or with light dusting. After I tried Laser Bond, which is as crystal clear as the Cyanoacrylate, but nothing has fallen off since. I have several tubes of Laser Bond in various places and have used a single tube for over a year and it never dries out. Couldn’t do that with Cyanoacrylate.(I haven't found the need to try other types of ultraviolet cured resin which should be similar. My guess, differences would be in the quality of the ultraviolet LED)

For small specialty uses, when you need quick bonding, this is great stuff !
I first bought Lazer Bond about 3 years ago. I've used it many times for small repairs , and to temporarily hold small parts together until I could get them into place. It's a strong glue, but remember that the UV light provided must shine directly onto the glue , or it won't harden. So, don't use it to bond flat surfaces together , since much of the glue will be hidden from the UV light. Put a couple of drops of the Lazer Bond on the outside of the pieces to be joined , and shine the UV light on the resin. This glue seems to bond to most surfaces , although some plastics are difficult to bond. The Lazer Bond I bought this time had leaked out, just a bit, onto the black resin reservoir tube, and left the tube sticky. A little acetone will clean it off .

Great stuff!! Works better than glue for some applications
Later Bond is a plastic, and could hold in situations where glue would not. It can be used to hold pieces together where they need a bit of structure to hold a joint (e.g. holding a dowel up out of a hole that was too large), and can be applied to small projects (e.g. holding a piece of fishing line to a piece of wood). I’m really pleased with this product and will use it more often than glue for many projects. It cures quickly and easily.

Best Liquid Resin Lazer Bond Glue!
This glue is far beyond super glue! It's the best liquid resin glue we've every used! We've used it on old trophys, concrete garden items, we have never found a item that it wouldn't work on! It use to be advertised on t.v. but I can't find it anymore, so I found it on Amazon and I'll keep this company in business! It's perfect! You can wipe it off and start over with out your fingers sticking to the object, and it has a super strong hold!

Works pretty much every time
This stuff actually works as promised. It’s my go to adhesive. I have a lot of collectibles. And cats. Little repairs are often needed. My only issue is that it’s sometimes hard to squeeze the tube and get the stuff out of it.

Leaking glue
I have used this glue before & LOVED it. Unfortunately, I purchased 2 of these. They were packaged separately- in those plastic contraptions that have to be cut apart to get them out. Even so, both tubes were leaking. I cut the packages apart so I would not slice my hands on the plastic, so I am certain they were not mishandled when I removed them from their containers. A little glue would not distress me too much but they will not close tightly at all so I know they will dry out before I can use the glue.” I am very disappointed because this glue was great. I glued a handle back on a fish tank lid 2 years ago and it is still intact! Of course, it doesn’t matter how good the glue is if the container is substandard. I will update this review depending on how customer service handles this matter.
