The product is delicious but unfortunately the box was completely melted when it arrived. I wish the shipper had taken more care in preventing it from melting in hot weather.

I was impressed with how well the candy was packed for shipping in the summer months.

Have always loved these but never bought on-line before. Received today and when I opened box you could clearly see that they had been frozen at least once on their journey. Went to eat one and it was almost impossible to chew through for a bite. Then you had to wait for it to dissolve in your mouth like a hard candy. Needless to say, I will never order this again!!!! Replacements were sent without me even asking. Much, much, much better this time around.

Taste is fine, dark chocolate lovers might not like it because it is sweeter then what you'd want but if you are their for the berry, then you won't be disappointed. Good frozen or not. I like them in chocolate ice cream. Gummy in the middle more then anything else when cold so it's a pleasant chewy candy. Don't let them sit out for a while because they will go bad. The inside is like a jam, or a pirray of berry

Melted together in my mailbox. Tastes normal, just have to cut apart. Or hold the whole piece as one candy bar! Lol

The candies are very good but they came melted and stuck together. Only a very small ice pack was included (and not cold when the candies arrived). I'm thankful I was not planning on gifting this item as I would have been totally embarrassed.

Because Amazon does not ship this product, the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Sent by USPS, strike one. Late delivery, strike two. Shipped by USPS, strike three.The product is awesome. I have ordered it before and will probably order it again. Man, these guys got to do something to improve shipping.Hey, it's 2023!
