2nd one I have ordered. They do in fact run smallish...it works wonderfully for outer layer in Nebraska winters. Especially while blocking wind on a bike.....Downside is u must air it out because it smelled very strongly of fish food:) I am 5'5" and 111lbs and purchased the mens md and then the large later to suss the fits....I prefer the room in the Large and when I need to get another one I will choose the large...The coats work well over other hoodies and block the heck out of the cooold air. They're great temp control in winters. Picture not so great and I am no model sooooo Red is md and blue is LG and u can see not much size difference. Elastic quite tight so nothing is getting out.

I am loving my cardio and workout with wearing this heat suit. I am able to burn more calories and this product is enhancing my weight loss journey. Highly recommended for anyone but specifically for those who wants an efficient results.

For some reason the suit smell like fish really really bad . I had to soak it over night . Other than that it’s a really good buy

This works great, I heat up while working out, the top isn't restrictive and it's comfortable (the pants can be while trying to run). Does not feel like a trashbag around ypur body. I will definitely get this again.

In terms of the quality, this is up there. In terms of fit … well, that's another matter.I'm 6'2" and weigh 220lbs. Purchased the 2XL (being their max size).JACKET: Top notch. fits well, even though I do suggest you go a size up. Looks good and it does what its advertised to do: Make you sweat.PANTS: This is the tricky one. I'm able to fit myself in it, but … there's little space for free movement. And by this I mean, I tried to raise my knee up to a 45 degree angle to my hip, but couldn't do it. I got about half way there before meeting resistance. So, my guess is that the bottoms were made for people with slim legs. And I mean real slim legs. Didn't encounter this problem with other brands like BVVU, Hotsuit, Kembili, Junlan, XIAOXIAO, Point Fix, ZFLM etc (yes, I'm a sauna suit connoisseur. lol.).They need to rework their pants, along with its sizing. And until then, I'll knock off a star because of it.PS: If they happen to sell the jacket as an optional, separate apparel then I'd definitely return to buy it.

From day one fresh out of the bag the entire suit smells like old fried fish grease. I have washed it by hand three times and still can not get the smell off the suit. The smell is very strong and can be smelled from a distance. I wear a 2X shirt and ordered a 3x for the extra room, but it fits like a 2x. I am a little worried, that if I flex hard that I may spits the arms or shoulders! Returning!

I liked the overall feeling of the suit . Great fit and definitely makes you sweat within minutes . It does the job . Great product

This thing will make you drop water like a waterfall. Seriously. It has this part that goes over your forehead and man you start pouring. Great if your cutting weight or trying to burn a few extra calories. Also has a zipper in case you get to hot and need a few.
