Little Giraffe Luxe Pin Stripe Blanket 29" x 35", Blue

Both of my kids now have one and they are absolutely wonderful. Just got the second one in the mail and it is perfect. My oldest has had hers for over two years, has been through the wash (I line dry it) and it's still very, very soft.

Our seven year old daughter started using this Little Giraffe Luxe Blanket in pale pink as a newborn. She still sleeps with it every night. It is her "comfort object." I ended up buying an additional one for when the other was in the wash.This is my favorite style of little giraffe blanket. It is the softest and silkiest that little giraffe makes. I think it holds up better to washing and drying than the chenille version. If you dry the chenille version in the dryer, it is no longer very soft and rather bumpy.We wash my daughter's luxe blankets in our front loader washer on hand wash or a gentle cycle. Then we hang it up to dry. This has keep it much closer to its original, luxurious softness.We did accidentally dry the first one we bought. It is still soft, but my daughter prefers the one that has not been dried in the dryer. It is just a touch softer.I know spending this much on a blanket might seem extravagant. But this is not an ordinary blanket. This is much, much softer and cushioning than a minky blanket. There is nothing else like it on the market.We just purchased another one in cream for my newborn daughter. I love snuggling her in it.It has survived Disneyland and a trip to Europe. It helped keep her warm on the planes. She uses it to sleep with all year round. We also used it in the stroller all the time. Except for extremely hot summer days. But she still wanted it in the car with her no matter the temperature.If you are looking for a lovely baby gift, there is nothing better. Parents and children will find it difficult to put down.

Over the years, I have purchased at least 25 of these blankets. They are the best! I love to see kids years later with the blanket, showing wear and it’s always their favorite. Highly recommend.

The blanket has the Little Giraffe logo and comes tied in the Little Giraffe white ribbon. It 'appears' to be authentic. I tried to order from Little Giraffe directly but the style and color I wanted was not in stock but somehow available on Amazon. The price of this blanket is the same as Little Giraffe's website. It is a very soft and cuddly blanket.

Bought for my first born on a whim. It’s been his favorite and lasted him 7 years and counting. Bought for my second born and he also loves it. Great quality. Beautiful colors.

Perfect gift idea

The blanket came stuffed in a bag, not folded. The bow was thrown in there carelessly. It looked like it was used then returned. It was disappointing, I’m not sure if it’s a real Giraffe blanket.

Love the blanket. Absolutely soft, and gorgeous. I received the blanket over 2 weeks after the expected date; however, totally worth the wait!

I had purchased one of these for each of my 2 grandsons ( now aged 4&2) before they were even born. The feel of these blankets is so very soft, and my first grandchild actually called his "my so soft" once he could talk. They have been drug around everywhere, washed hundreds of times and still look good, yes the satin binding will probably eventually show it's wear, but the blanket has remained just as soft and now well loved! This purchase was one to stand in the place of the littlest boys first blanket so that it can we secretly whisked it away to wash it as he drags it everywhere both inside and outside so it requires constant washing and he never wants to give it up.In our family's opinion this is the perfect baby/ toddler blanket! With a new baby on the way I will be purchasing another, I hope I'll get a chance to buy a pink one, but really any colour will do :)
