I am very happy with this purchase, not only the military design was a lot cheaper than other brands I looked at, but it also has a tape and a thick padding that is very useful.I use these for heavy hip thrusts and I can confirm that the bar doesn't hurt the hips even if you're above 100kg so the padding is solid. Also comes with a carrier case and a strap you can put on to pop it on your shoulder, so I recommend this one.

This has made hip thrusts so much more comfortable to do. Ive been using it for a few weeks now and the difference in my hip thrust weight is insane. This pad just makes it more comfortable to lift heavy weights.. And no more bruising.

Didn't realise how much of a difference this pad would make to my squats. Although I appreciate that there are other pads out there which could give similar or the same comfort, I can only comment on the one I bought. Easy to pop onto the bar and stays in place. I even found that I could lift slightly heavier too. Wish I had bought it sooner

I do not miss leg day without using this, it's very comfortable and has a ergonomic cut out to give your neck better support. Would definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd Bear Grip item i bough and am really impressed, this pad is a really comfortable product to use, its easy on my shoulders. I often find that weight of the bar uncomfortable on my shoulders/ traps and when using this i could add a lot more weight while eliminating the uncomfortableness. Look forward to purchasing further Bear Grip products.
