Door Hinges for Jeep Wrangler JK JKU Unlimited 2007-2018 Aluminum Door Hinge Kits 2 Doors & 4 Doors (8 Pcs w/ 16 Pcs Screws)

This review is only going to address the outer hinge pieces as I didn't use the inner steel pieces. The outers are aluminum, like the originals, with what I believe are either stainless or aluminum plates glued to the back. You can read up on the effects of dissimilar metal corrosion to find out why your stock hinges corroded and how to help prevent these from corroding in the future. The pins (also aluminum) seem to be a bit narrower than original and are therefore slightly loose in the stock inner hinge pieces, but that does not effect the function. The strap portion of the hinges are also thicker than original, due in part to the backing plates. I scuffed the powder coated finish and applied primer, a factory matched paint from Amazon and gloss clear. Chrysler installed Wrangler hinges prior to painting the bodies so you'll need to prep the bare metal beneath the hinges before installing them. I also reused the original, painted screws. Anyway, they turned out great and are undistinguishable from stock hinges as far as looks go, other than the fact that they're lacking corrosion.

I had these powder coated pink. Easy to install. Did not come with new bushing pieces.

It is missing the black lug nut to attach the part from the door to the car.
