How to Use:First,make sure that the slider on the bent portion of the caliper tool is on the right.Then,you can do the following 3 steps.1)Pinch: When standing,with your fingers 2-3 inches apart,firmly grasp the left thumb and index finger between the upper eyelid skin folds (hip above the area).Gently pull the skin from the body. Pull the skin down,away from muscle tissue.2)Click it: Use the right Care Touch Caliper tool to place the left elbow and forefoot jaws on your flap about 1/4 "The caliper tool should be in the middle between the folded base and the top,which should be perpendicular to the fold. Now press the Care Touch Caliper tool with your thumb until you feel a slight "click".Release the jaws of the caliper tool and record the measurements to the nearest millimeter. 3)Read: Refer to the male or female chart to determine your body fat percentage at the intersection of your age and millimeter readings.
