I have bad lumbar back problems. I had surgery many years ago for a herniated disc and periodic flare ups. This brace works wonders. When I have flare ups I will wear this under my clothes to work and it helps a ton with getting in and out of the car. I also wear this when I am doing work around the house I know will be demanding on my back. I think this is wear this product shines is that it is great at offering support to prevent injury after a hard day of manual labor like working on my car or doing home improvements. I used to wear a weight lifting belt, but this is much more comfortable to wear around.

Helped daughter with bad back as opposed to taking more medication.

A simple remedy, but it works. It creates an even and comfortable heat zone that helps heal. I use it one hour on, and then one hour off, applying cold if necessary to create the icy/hot that is sometimes required to bring relief from an injury. It also helps to relieve pain at the site of injury.

Not bad at all. Not for people who work in industrial places.

This product works really well for me. I work in a warehouse where I am lifting cases all day and constantly bending. It has great support, and keeps your posture. I would recommend to anyone with back problems. Even if they are slight, it can be worn under clothes seemingly unnoticeable. Just the back when you bend forward can catch your shirt and pinch it.

This is a good looking brace that fits well. The sizing is spot on as far as I can tell. I have a bad back and the cold really makes life tough. I don't use this so much for the support as much as I use it to keep some warmth against those sensitive areas on my back. I'm a skinny guy this body of mine doesn't retain heat too well, so this really helps on those days that the cold gets me down.

I have been wearing this for several month's now, and this has helped my back especially working on a cross dock. I will by this product again.

The first day I wore the Thermoskin it seemed to work out well. It fit well and was supportive and was comfortable initially. The only complaint of the first day was it held my body heat in and caused sweating.The second day (not consecutive) that I wore the Thermoskin, I had continually discomfort and itching. I started sweating sooner, and the itching was distracting and annoying. As I was at work, and MUST wear a supportive belt when I work, I had to put up with it. I could not wait to get off and pull the belt off.I have not tried it over my clothes. That might make a difference. I should send it back but not sure if I kept the invoice, etc.
