LG Tone Free UT60Q Noise Cancelling Earbuds

The media could not be loaded.  I'm actually really live these.Very comfy to wear, good bass, good ANC, lasts hours, decent app, UV nano technology.I'm impressed.And it was less than £50. Wow. LG did it again.No wireless charging, I don't care i mean. Just so you know.

So the good stuff first. Feel quality, good feature set, with tweaking a decent sound and good battery life. The flaws? Well getting a decent sound needs a lot of tweaking (at least the app allows you do this), very bass heavy and dull sound out of the box. The treble preset is the best. Also while I love the ability to connect to a laptop and use a USB connection it is quite unreliable and often fails to work. However, if you can get them on offer they are a good all rounder set of wireless buds. Very comfortable to wear too.

These earbuds are certainly feature packed. Head tracking, Dolby Atmos etc. But they sound awful! I can't really say much more. They improved slightly with a third party EQ but I wouldn't waste your money . I certainly wouldn't recommend these.****IV SENT THESE back over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund from Amazon despite the fact they've collected them ! Customer services are dreadful and unhelpful. This is something that's happening more and more often on Amazon returns. BEAR THIS IM MIND FOLKS.It's now December 10th 22 and despite Amazon returns signs for the returned buds on 16th November they still refuse to refund or offer an explanation as to what is going on. Amazon online and phone agents have cut me off, fobbed me off and keep telling me I have to wait 60 days until they'll consider issuing a manual refund! 60 days! UK law states 14 days after the returned item is received by the seller. Amazon don't care about this and flatly refuse. FOLKS BEAR THIS IN MIND***It's now the 17th December 22, Amazon are refusing to provide me answers as to why they won't refund, they won't provide me details of any one that could provide me answers as to what has been done , or being done. They don't answer my emails now and refuse to release my refund despite having the item at their warehouse for over a month. THERE ARE 1000S OF THESE STORIES FROM PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCES TO WHAT IM HAVING. THIS IS BECOMEING MORE AND MORE COMMON...BEAR THIS IN MIND FOLKS.It is now the 21st December and numerous calls to Amazon and they still refuse to listen, or issue my refund. One customer service agent slipped up today and said I should have had my refund by now. Went to read my notes and came back like the others. Nothing he could do until 60 days. So it's obvious they are fed up with me ringing every day and have marked my cards as suckFOLKS BEAR THISBIN MINDIt's now the 3rd January 2023, over 45 days since Amazon collected my return from their own Amazon locjer. Still no refund. Amazon now ignore my emails and don't reply, when I make calls they keep me hanging on until another rep answeres and it just goes on for hours with no one speaking to me. They have done this now on the last 3 calls.Despite an Amazon courier collecting and signing for my return and delivering it to their return warehouse they say they haven't received it despite the tracking proof. And they literally are starting to make me think they'll never refund me.BEAR THIS IN MIND FOLKS

My Beats flex earphones failed and I had just purchased an atmos tv so decided to give these a go as they have atmos and I wanted to watch tv from my bed so need wireless earphones. Very happy with the sound of these, whilst the atmos cannot match more expensive, larger headphones, the overall sound is immersive for such small earphones, the audio is very clear, spatial and the range through the highs to lows is perfectly acceptable, these also produce quite good bass if that is what you are looking for however the app allows you to fully customise the sound to suit your needs. Noise cancellation is more than acceptable, I get 4-5hrs battery with noise cancel active (my preferred setting) battery life can be extended with noise cancelling turned off and you also have additional battery available in the case which charges the earphones back up quite quickly so you should be good all day providing you are happy taking a short break to recharge them. Bluetooth connectivity is faultless and touch functions work well and can also be fully customised through the app.I have tried other Earphones from Apple and Samsung but have to say these are the best fitment and sound for my personal preference, I love these and wouldn't be without them now🙂

Nice small design. However the fit was not ideal for me. My buds kept on falling out.The sound quality was average and the volume was low.The ANC was above average.The app was good, easy to navigate

Only used with iPhone XR. Purchased on a limited time deal for £99.+ Compact case+ Potentially useful retransmission and sterilisation features via the case (I didn’t try it though).+ Battery life seems reasonable.+ Excellent IP rating for exercise.*****- Comfort was poor (for me). Tried all combinations of wingtips and buds but couldn’t get right balance of security and comfort.- Sound quality was fine, but nothing special (again very subjective, just my experience).- ANC was ok (but probably affected by the problems I had with the fit).*****Overall these seemed like good value at the price I paid BUT I returned them due to the comfort issue.

I think this is my first Amazon review. I'm so disappointed. Maybe I just had a bad pair but there was some tinny interference, the volume was so quiet it actually made me sad and the sound quality was abusive.It has this great feature where you can connect the aux cable to any device through the charging case and listen wirelessly. I was looking forward to using it but no chance with that level of quality.
