Perfect bench for my queen bed
I am very happy with this storage bench! It is a very good match to the headboard I had ordered separately. We wanted something that would act as a footboard to keep our comforter in place, had a place to sit to tie shoes, and have a little extra storage. The bench is perfect in every way. I did a lot of shopping around trying to find a good match. The price on this was very good compared to other similar pieces even with the added shipping cost. The bench isn't overly comfy to sit on but it is more than fine for tieing shoes or a short conversation on the phone. Overall I would recommend it and I am very happy with the purchase. The color is in my opinion a medium grey and not as light as the listing photos.

Quality Product & Company
Looks very nice at the foot of our bed. (Great stepping stone for our pups as well.)This company went above and beyond to satisfy us. FedEx delivered our Ottoman to the wrong house and were incredibly UNhelpful, and in denial that it was their fault. Changjie immediately said they would send a replacement unit for free but, fortunately, our neighbor discovered his house sitter had placed our box inside his house while he was on vacation. We stopped the second shipment in time, so Changjie did not have to go through any additional expense. GREAT customer service!

Great quality bench for the money!
The lid is a bit hard to open and rubs on the sides, but the quality is great for the cost. It's not like you will be opening the lid a million times a day, and there is a handle to help open it. This was the cheapest one I could find that looks anything like I wanted for a spare bedroom. Looks really good and better than I expected.

It will show up one day....
It’s was so beautiful and I just couldn’t wait to have it. Matched my whole bedroom set. But sadly it was never delivered. (That’s why 4 stars) Customer service was very nice and friendly.
