A load of rubbish - spend a bit more to get a better one
I guess you get what you pay for - this is quite poor.You have to find a way to fix the mat grounding strap to the mat yourself. I ended up using a pliers to bend the tabs through 90 degrees, pierce the mat with them and then bend them over at the rear to get them to stay in place.The wrist strap is child size, so if you have a teeny, tiny wrist you might be ok but honestly I would be better off buying a better quality setup.
