Silikomart"Fashion Éclair 80" Silicone Mold

High quality and cool design for the Silikomart brand overall. I have purchased most of what I could find in Amazon. This mold is made in Italy, beautifully designed, soft, easy to use and clean. Glad to be able to find Silikomart brand here in Amazon as I have seen desserts beautifully made by the European chefs with Silikomart molds, it’s just impressive!

This is my go to petit getaux mold, the perfect size and shape for a elegant dessert that will leave them wanting more

I like the silicone molds themselves, but I find the cutter to be weirdly sized. It's supposed to give you two sides, one for the bottom to go under the mold shape, and one as an insert to go inside. The insert is basically the same size as the mold so it wouldn't leave any space around the insert for mousse (when making entremets). I wish it was smaller to leave a solid .2" ring of mousse around the inserts.

No one does it better than silikomart, really loving it

I was excited to try this silicone mold, but I found it a bit difficult to use. The éclairs didn’t come out as smoothly as I had hoped, and it takes some practice to get the hang of it. The material is good quality, but overall, it’s not as user-friendly as I expected. If you’re new to using silicone molds, this might require a bit of patience.
