Several reviews talked about train going backwards and I returned first one for same reason. But when the 2nd went backwards I looked at the battery compartment and when I tried flipping it with positive end out, voila, it went forwards (I still had first train and sure enough when I flipped the battery around it worked fine.)I like the way the cars attach with magnets because little ones have trouble hooking cars together (which means mom doesn’t have to do it).Yes it’s plastic but for the price and magnetic feature I’m very satisfied.

Poor quality and it only goes backwards. Flimsy and cheap

Love that it was easy to assemble and juss the right size and pace for my 2 year old. Also if he tears it up or mid-places something it won’t break my pocket!

As is the case with a lot of toys on here, the toys are photographed so that they look bigger in real life (I know there are specs provided, but they don't need to photograph it misleadingly to begin with).This is basically a cheesy dollar store version of a more sturdy toy. It isn't a toy that's built to last- it's pretty brittle, flimsy plastic. The pieces were bonking around in the box having come loose.I got this to keep on hand to distract my toddler if there's an emergency or I need to take an important phone call unexpectedly. This is fine for that, at the discounted price of $11.If this had been any more expensive, I would be returning it.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up not really worth more than $10 but it’s well built for the price. Small children may easily break it because it is plastic. If the train runs backwards just turn the battery around inside the battery compartment, it’s a easy fix.

My grandson loves this. Been playing with it since he was 16 most and almost 2. Stays on track and runs without the track also. Great toy!

Exactly what I wanted. Simple, good price train that goes round. Baby and I love it!
