Does not fit 2003 Sequoia
Speaker assembly adapters are too small. You can only use 1 screw hole from the original speaker assembly. The other 2 you'll have to drill holes, then try and cover about a 3 inch gap left at the bottom of the adapters. As far as the plug adapter wires, not even close to a fit to the stock ones. Did not end up returning because I already had my panels off and couldn't wait for a replacement. You can assume this will not work for same year Tundra, as it should be the same setup.
