Exactly What I Was Looking For.
I had to do some research prior to buying this, it's my first actual PC and not a laptop. I wanted something that could first and foremost play strategy games from the early 00's, small ask right? It loads the games in the blink of an eye, gameplay is smooth as silk and the computer doesn't break a sweat, even during intense gameplay the computer is silent. The general UI is easy to get the hang of and updates are a breeze. I did have to reinstall all of the applicable AMD drivers from their website, as they were erased after the update, but that was a painless fix and well worth it.All in all, I was looking for a well rounded computer that can handle my business and entertainment needs and thus far I have been nothing but impressed with this little box. There are endless options when it comes to buying a quality PC and no one wants to spend hundreds of dollars on a disappointment, or overpay for a bunch of features they'll never use. This computer is the perfect middle ground for work & play. It's definitely not a cheap PC, but is well worth the money for what you get.

A couple of misses, but an excellent computer
I purchased this on a Black Friday Sale. Came with 16gb ram and 512ssd.VERY quiet. Even when I ran hard bench test on the processor the unit remained quiet. The Ryzen chip is fast and the amount of out of box ram is acceptable. It has a max ram of 64gbRadeon GPU is good an easy manages a 4k 120hz 50" I use as a monitorLight weight box. Good looking box.The keyboard an mouse are such a joke that HP should not even include one. A shame that such a good PC comes with lousy keyboard and mouseOnly one HDMI port. I was surprised by this as I am so used to even entry level machines having more. The only hard negative that I give this machine is the wireless network card. It is great that it comes with one and Bluetooth as well, but the wifi isn't up to speed and I can only get a max of 300mbs.By contrast my first gen Surface Book Laptop that is 5 years old has a better chipset.I did spend an extra $25 and get a card wifi and speeds top 1gb .All in all a great machine with Win 11 pro. Looks Good. I'll probably max out ram later. Very good value as other machines in this price range were 8gb and lesser video graphics and did not come with 11pro.Paid $629 plus $25 to replace wifi card

Very fast good built in GPU
It runs Solidworks CAD very well, no need for a dedicated GPU. The new AMD processor is great. It's totally quiet. I have not stressed it enough yet to get the fan going except for a light noise on boot.It made some trouble with my APU, its too energy efficient to trigger the master switch feature. Resetting the APU (power off and unplug all and press the APU power button) seems to have fixed that.

Hewlitt Packard will not honor their 1 year warranty on this computer.
Bought this product to replace my 2015 HP Pavillion desktop tower. This is a very nice and somewhat compact HP mini tower computer. It has a motherboard hybrid combination of CPU and graphics card built into an integrated single unit processor. The computer is being sold as a "new" non-used tower by Amazon, although mine was actually assembled and built in 2022 and does not appear to have been previously owned or refurbished. The last line describing this product on the Prime product page indicates a 1-year HP hardware and technical support warranty included. The reason I have given this product 4 stars (should be 3 1/2) rather than 5 stars, is that as far as the manufacturer, HP, is concerned, the one-year parts and labor and product assistance warranty on this desktop expired in September 2023. . . .that's right. . . approximately 2 months before I actually purchased it through my Prime account. I have attempted on numerous occasions to reach a real live product support person at HP for explanation and assistance but, thus far all of my attempts have been futile. I have however, spoken with a Prime customer service representative and was told that they did not get involved with these types of issues. The only warranty lifeline I am fortunate enough to have here is I had the forethought to purchase a 3-year product support policy from Asurion as offered through Amazon Prime.Great mini-tower, . . .works much faster than I had anticipated, but watch out for the HP "ghost" warranty. If you buy one, consider getting an Asurion protection plan to protect you in case the HP "ghost" reappears and actually turns out to be a goblin 🤢.

Easy to set up
Using it for work office. At first was angry because it stated it was windows 11pro - the reason I ordered it. When I checked operating system it was only 11. Didn't want to return it because all of my business files had just been transferred to it.Contacted Amazon on chat - gave me a link to the company, but as soon as I left the chat link didn't work. It disappeared.Come to find out, all that I needed to do was run the Windows update, and it automatically updated to the Pro version directly. Did not need to contact company at all. I saw a couple other reviews mentioning not getting Pro and they returned. Just saying - a simple update was all that was needed.

Great home computer.
I needed to upgrade to a newer computer. Because I previously had the hp pavilion computer, and I liked it very much, I decided to stay with this model again. My son set up the computer and all my programs transferred over without a hitch and it is working great. However, the only thing that upsets me is that the Hp Pavilion Computer that I bought does not have a dvd writer built into it. I had to purchased a dvd writer in addition to the computer, which is an external model. I feel that HP could have installed this dvd writer into this computer with little no additional cost to the consumer

Out of the box good!
This HP was straightforward to set up and use. I am delighted with the performance and would recommend this to any person looking at it. No DVD or CD player and it can upgrade. Great deal for your money!

DISAPPOINTING HP PRODUCT
I've had nothing but problems with this computer because of Windows, don't think it was ever installed correctly. Good luck getting help from Microsoft or HP!
