This is probably the best cell phone mount for Tesla. This magsafe holder is so sturdy that the large and heavy phone like iphone 16 pro max also never falls off. I have been using for two years now. But what more impressive is vicseed’s phenomenal customer service. After using the product for about two years the magnetic head was fall off from the arm that holds it. I’ve reached out to vicssed only to ask if it is reattach able? But to my surprise they offered me to send a whole new replacement product, which is out of this world. “Helen May” helped me with the process from the beginning to the end to make sure my issue was resolved. She was courteous, and very quick in her response. I highly recommend Vicseed magnatic car mount to any Tesla owners who is looking for a strong , stable phone holder for their car.

The customer service with this company is by far the best i have experienced. My phone holder worked great for about 5-6 months and then it became to be really wobbly . I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement one free of charge . They just ask to send a video of your original product to be sure it’s broken . 4 days later i got my new product. They contact u with fb messenger . After 1 month of receiving my product . The adhesive started to come off and not stick anymore . No problem just message the same person on fb and they sent over 2 extra adhesives free of charge . Overall this product is great and i do recommend it to everyone

But that’s not a complaint—I knew that when I bought it, so I’m not docking points for it. It’s easy enough to plug the phone in when needed. Still, if they ever release a version that does have built-in charging, I’d be all over it.Install was quick and painless. The adhesive feels strong, though I’ll be curious to see how it holds up over a hot North Carolina summer. This is a great mount with a sleek, slim design and clear instructions. The magnet is very strong, and when not in use, it folds neatly behind the screen so it doesn’t block the view.

The magnet fell off after a year and a half which I’m reading is common in the comments. Tried messaging the seller/manufacturer but never got a response despite reaching out multiple times.
