Bought for our Homeschool Science class and we loved building with the Legos and racing our cars! Worked great!

4 year old loves it…

This is a really nice STEM kit for younger children that are interested in science. I do wish that with this kit they would give a better explanation of what each project was trying to teach the child. Overall my child was really interested in building these and showing us what was happening.

This was very cheaply made. They never moved once put together and broke quickly. And since they couldn't race my child lost interest.

My nephew and I had fun building the ballon powered racer - we had some trouble following the instructions though. All of the pieces seemed to be sorted into the different vehicles, but they weren't labeled, so we weren't sure which one was which. We set out to build one, but it took a while to find the right pieces (once my nephew had mixed them all together). The instructions were a little difficult to follow for my nephew, and I resorted to counting the dots to know which pieces to use and where to put them. (It's been a while since I've assembled a Lego, but I remember it being a little more instructive). Overall we had fun building and then playing with this. I knew my nephew would especially love getting to blow up the balloon every time and he did!

My 9 year old got this for XMAS and he LOVES it. I wasn't too sure if it would be too basic or not but he loved the concept and then decided to DIY some additions and learned balancing weight so the cars wouldn't tip with the initial "rocket boost"A great set, compatible with other building brands and 0 complaints at all.

This STEM kit is fun to build! My son enjoyed putting them together and playing with them. Can't go wrong with that! It was a bit easy for him but he does this stuff all the time for fun.

I bought this as something for my daughter and our neighbors to do over winter break. The boat and car were easy to put together. The cars worked well when the balloon was blown up. The boats did not work as well. The science descriptions were a little too complicated for my seven-year-old. The blocks do work with standard Legos and my child and our neighbor kids ended up building more complicated models. This was a good activity for the children but only kept them occupied for about 30 minutes. If I purchased this again, I would wait until my child was about 10.
