I want to commend NoCry for their exceptional customer service. When I noticed that an excess portion of Velcro was scraping my hand every time I put the gloves on or took them off, I reached out to them via email. Not only did they respond promptly, but they also sent me a replacement pair that did not have the excess Velcro issue. For anyone who may encounter the same problem though, I discovered that fingernail clippers will easily cut the excess Velcro without causing any damage to the seam. This simple solution takes only seconds to complete.I am thrilled to have finally found a company that provides exceptional customer service and strives toward excellence in the manufacture of an outstanding pair of gloves that perfectly meets the diverse needs of a farmer like myself!

What I like about the products is that they are very white, and very lightweight with a snug fit. They will serve my purpose by only using them with my walk behind mower. So, they will probably last me for a long time. They appear to be made with real quality leather and they feel good on my hands. What I also like is getting 2 pair at a reasonable price. What I don't like is the protruding black, sharp, plastic tip that's used to secure the strap to the glove. Because it was prone to scratch or cut my hand, I cut that part off and the problem was resolved. I recommend buying this product from this seller.

I bought these almost a year ago because I remove invasive thistles and blackberry. They are great. The goat leather is soft and grippy and the double layer protects really my hands and fingers from sharp thorns and other nasties.The plastic bit that anchors the adjustable string in place cut into my hand. I let the owner, Raino, know. He was grateful for the feedback and sent me another pair without the plastic bit in them. They feel just as good and I'm sure will be as durable.Highly recommend this company and will check out their other gear.

The first pair that I got was a little bit bunk. One glove performed well while the other one was thin and really big. I assume it was from the cut of the goat skin. I got my new pair and examined them. They are nice and thick at the tips of the fingers and inside of the palm. This set looks a lot better and I will be trying them out tomorrow as I have some digging to do. I was contacted from my not so good review. The seller refunded my money immediately and even though I had not answered their reply after the 30-day. That Amazon gives them to replace the item, the seller was totally willing to send me a brand new pair. I can tell you right now, if you're not happy with your purchase, all you got to do is let them know and they will take care of you. However, it looks like I'm going to be okay with this new pair.

I bought my first pair two years ago because my shrubbery is infested with sharp blackberry vines. I wear these now any time I do anything in the yard. I've used them on many small projects and three huge multi-week projects while clearing land, or while just doing gardening at home. My first pair is still strong and still keeps me from ever being stung by rose thorns or blackberries. Best gardening gloves I've ever worn. And they last a lot longer than any other garden gloves I've ever purchased. The seams are still strong, and the leather is still free of any puncture holes from blackberries or roses. They cover my arms almost to the elbows, so even when blackberry vines circle back on me, they almost never cut skin. I highly recommend these to anyone with blackberries and roses.

These gloves are wonderful for all kinds of gardening work and they're also long enough to protect your forearms I recommend totally

I bought this product back in March. The gloves seemed great - tough and offering great protection from thorns etc., but soft enough to be pliable and comfortable to wear for extended periods.Unfortunately though before too long they developed several holes in a couple of the fingers tips and elsewhere. I contacted NoCry immediately and was absolutely astounded by the exceptional level of customer service. I was told the holes likely indicated the gloves were defective and didn't live up to the standards claimed. NoCry immediately refunded the cost of the gloves and sent a replacement pair without charge. Wow!Now, the replacement pair wasn't in stock at that time in my size, so in the interim I was sent a _hand written_ apology that the gloves had failed prematurely, along with a lovely little custom cookie to reinforce the apology (the cookie tasted great by the way!).As soon as the gloves were back in stock I was contacted again by NoCry to inform me that the replacement pair had been dispatched. They arrived promptly, and I have been putting them to good and testing use since. They have performed excellently, are very comfortable to wear for long periods, and are exactly what I was hoping for when I originally purchased the gloves. I am certain that the first pair was an anomaly as shown by the far superior performance of the replacement received since.So not only a great product that actually does as it claims (which is what you tend to get from NoCry - I've bought a few other bits and pieces from them in the past), but also just the most fantastic customer services experience you could hope for. I've never experienced such a high level of customer service, and it's really left an impression on me.This is a company you can trust to make great products, and to honor their word in the service they provide.
