2022 in-Ear Headphones Wired Earbuds Stereo Headphones for Samsung Galaxy S10, S10E, S10+, S8, S8+, S9, S9+, Note 9- Designed 3.5 mm Jack with Microphone and Volume Buttons (Black)

These came with my Samsung 9+ phone, which I loved. The original AKG ear buds had surprisingly excellent sound and were remarkedly durable! I used them for several years before they eventually broke. I've bought several earbuds since then, usually the drug store types you buy at Walgreens, the corner gas station, or grocery store. None of them quite matched the sound quality, and they always broke within a few months. That is until I purchased Apple ear pods, which I was very happy with. They were the $19.99 (wired) ear pods with 3.5mm jack. The sound quality was excellent and they were durable. I was happy. But the Samsung AKG earphones I always thought had stronger bass, and there was no way I could compare the two, until now.I saw these AKG earbuds on Amazon and gave it a shot. I received them, listened to them, and yes these are the originals that came with my Samsung 9+. I'm super happy. Same sound quality and durability! And after comparing them to my $19.99 Apple ear pods, the AKGs has stronger bass. They both have excellent sound quality, but the AKG drives the bass much better. I think it has to do with AKGs design as well as using the correct size earbud. This is the key; use the earbud that doesn't allow sound to escape. It will drive the bass into your ear. This maximizes the bass without losing treble. It's incredible! The earbuds sound like full size headphones. I experimented and tried using the smallest bud that came with the pack, but the sound came out tinny, so I had to switch back to the midsize bud to get the full range sound. Use the earbud size that best suits you.Between AKG and Apple, I think the $16.68 AKGs has better sound and more bass than Apple's $19.99 ear pod. But on a final note, if I'm out walking about, I think I prefer the Apple ear pods because they're more comfortable and I can hear outside noise much better when alertness is required. But when I'm at home lounging or sitting at Starbucks, it's AKG all the way.

Not very strong. Broke after couple uses

These headphones came in the box when I bought my Galaxy S20 5G phone back in 2021, and they were perfect, some of the best earbuds i ever had and I put them through a lot of use and didn't need to replace them again until end of May 2023. In only 6 1/2 months after buying them from here, the left ear bud became severely quieter than the right but I adjusted the accessibility options to make it put more sound into the left ear to make it more even in the meantime, and with just a little under a week and maybe 40 hours of use later, any electric guitar noises or bass heavy music in the left ear makes a broken speaker crunching noise and listening to almost any music is horrible.TLDR; All in all, my review is that these headphones themselves are great but DON'T BUY THEM FROM HERE because the quality control for this listing is just not it.

Listening to bass lines from Tina, Paul, Sting, John and Flea; very impressed for the price.(Had to have something, wornout laptop BT very sketchy).

Great sound and stays in my ears.

My first pair I got with my S10+ fizzed out after six years. I loved them so much I got another pair just like them. I used them mainly for listening to music. These are so much better than the typical headphones you get for at a Safeway, QFC, Fred Meyer, etc. The sound quality is pretty good and you don't hear a lot of background noise while they're in. And you have a headphone jack in your phone, like my old phone did, you can speak into the mic without having to connect to Bluetooth. Bought another pair with a USB-C plug for my phone too. Great headphone brand.

The earbuds only lasted for 6 months or so. One of the earbuds are no longer working now. The audio quality was decent for it while it lasted.
